These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of partybuslocal.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Party Bus Local ("Party Bus Local," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand operated by PREGO LLC, based in Gilbert, Arizona. By using the Site, submitting a quote request, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What Party Bus Local does
Party Bus Local is a booking and referral service. When you submit a request, we pass your details to an independent, locally operated party bus or limousine company that serves your area (an "Operator"). The Operator contacts you, provides a quote, and, if you choose to book, provides the transportation.
Party Bus Local does not own, operate, or control any vehicles, and does not employ drivers. Operators are independent businesses and are not our employees, agents, or partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request or make a booking through our service. Requests for events involving minors, such as proms or birthday parties, must be submitted by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult.
3. Quotes and bookings
- Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or reservation.
- All quotes come from Operators. Pricing, availability, vehicle details, and inclusions are set by the Operator, not by Party Bus Local.
- When you book, your agreement is directly with the Operator. The Operator's own terms, including deposits, payment, cancellation, refunds, gratuity, damage, and cleaning policies, govern your reservation. Please review them before you confirm.
- We do not guarantee that a vehicle or Operator will be available for your date, location, or group size.
- Vehicles shown on the Site are examples for illustration. The actual vehicle you receive depends on the Operator.
4. Payments
Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, Party Bus Local does not collect payment for transportation. Payments, deposits, refunds, and any billing questions are handled between you and the Operator.
5. Your responsibilities
When you use our service, you agree to:
- Give accurate and complete information in your request, including your contact details, event date, locations, and guest count
- Only submit requests for yourself or with the permission of the person whose information you provide
- Follow the Operator's rules and the instructions of the driver during your trip
- Make sure you and your guests follow all applicable laws, including laws about alcohol, which may only be consumed by guests of legal drinking age and only where the Operator and local law allow it
- Take responsibility for the conduct of your group, including any damage caused to a vehicle
6. Calls, texts, and emails
By submitting your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Party Bus Local, and from the Operator we match you with, about your quote request and booking. Some messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Party Bus Local text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- To stop hearing from an Operator, contact that Operator directly.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Operators are responsible for their services
Each Operator is solely responsible for its vehicles, drivers, licensing, permits, insurance, safety, maintenance, pricing, and the transportation it provides. Any complaint, claim, or dispute about a trip, vehicle, driver, charge, or refund should be raised with the Operator. We may try to help you reach the Operator, but we are not a party to your agreement with them.
8. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam requests
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Try to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Copy, scrape, or reuse content from the Site without our written permission
9. Intellectual property
The Party Bus Local name, logo, website design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to PREGO LLC and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party tools, such as embedded quote forms, and may link to other websites, including Operator websites and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, services, or practices.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, the information on it, or the services of any Operator, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Bus Local, PREGO LLC, and their owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, delay, cancellation, or damage arising from transportation or services provided by an Operator, or from your use of the Site.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Party Bus Local and PREGO LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or the conduct of you or your guests during any trip.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Party Bus Local about the Site.
